Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit their contributions according to the following guidelines.

  • Research and position papers: a maximum of 5 pages with the 5th page reserved exclusively for references.
  • Demo papers and early-career/student papers: a maximum of 3 pages with the 3rd page reserved for references.

Both types of submissions must conform to the Interspeech format defined in the paper preparation guidelines as instructed in the Author’s Kit in the Interspeech Web site.

Papers do not need to be anonymous, so please use Interspeech paper format for camera ready version.

Authors must declare that their contributions are original and that they have not submitted their papers elsewhere for publication.

The submission type depends on the content and not the first author. A student can submit his/her manuscript as a research paper if it describes substantial, original, completed, and unpublished work. In contrast, early-career/students paper may describe early research, a focused contribution, or a negative result on novel topics. This submission may allow students to receive constructive feedback during the workshop to improve their work.

The paper submission deadline is 29 May 2023 (AoE).

We are working under strict time constraints due to the time needed for VISA processing for authors who will need to apply for a VISA.

In order to guarantee a smooth and fair reviewing process, make sure to follow the instructions below very carefully.

You are required to make your submission by 29 May 2023 (hard deadline).
However, you will be allowed to update the paper until 2 June 2023 (AoE).

No extra deadline will be granted.
